There are multiple opportunities to bird watch in Ontario’s Algoma Region. Bald eagles, loons, gulls, grouse, woodpeckers as well as different kinds of waterfowl can all be found. Northern Ontario is a gold mine for many different species of birds and is home to a variety of owls, sandpipers and flycatchers.
