Beginning at 5:00 p.m. before every Greyhound home game (weather permitting), fans can kick off the festivities at the Downtown Plaza with a pre-game party serviced by a licensed mobile retail unit. Greyhound pre-game television will be broadcast on the big screen and snacks will be available for purchase. Then, shortly before each game, fans can take the “Hound Hike” up Queen Street to the GFL Memorial Gardens. Sault Transit also provides free transit service to the plaza for individuals with a valid ticket and returning home at the conclusion of the game at the GFL Memorial Gardens.
Other activities throughout the schedule include skating on the rink, Soo Market extended hours, hot chocolate nights with festive adult drinks.
