Glow, flow, and make a difference! Join us for an unforgettable neon yoga night in support of the important work of Women In Crisis.
This unique event is designed to bring together the community in an evening filled with unity, positivity, and energy, all while supporting a great cause. Our 6th annual Glow & Flow event will feature a glow-in-the-dark yoga session, combining movement, mindfulness, and fun! Participants will experience the power of yoga under neon lights, creating an atmosphere of joy and connection. A portion of the proceeds from the event will go directly to Women In Crisis. Each participant will receive all glow accessories needed, a complimentary smoothie, as well as discounts off Fit Bodies gear! You must BYOM; Bring Your Own Mat!
