A special evening with a performance of singer-songwriter Mimi O’Bonsawin with Ryan Schurman on drums and percussion.
The CAH will be honoring its volunteers during this musical evening.
Suppose you can imagine that music can depict the landscapes of Northern Ontario and that a voice can resonate as clearly as the waters that flow there. In that case, you will have a special appreciation for the musical creations of Mimi O’Bonsawin. She draws from her experiences and weaves her Franco-Ontarian and Abenaki roots to create melodies and rhythms that are both charming and intoxicating.
