Shop Local in Algoma Country

Updated: By Heather Bot

The Algoma region’s vibrant downtowns are filled with local shops that specialize in home décor, clothing and apparel, products made from locally sourced ingredients, handmade artisan pieces, pet toys, sporting goods and so much more. Need a recharge? Coffee shops are ready to serve up a great cup of coffee and a homemade slice of pie.

Give the gift that keeps on giving – purchase gift cards and certificates from our local businesses. Send a delicious meal to a loved one. Buy a card from a favourite store. One of our staff’s favourite gifts is the gift of a staycation at one of the region’s many lodges, outposts, cottage resorts, hotels & motels, or bed & breakfasts. Try a membership to one of the area’s attractions and enjoy many benefits on your next visit.

Now is the time to see why generations of visitors come back again and again to explore Ontario’s Algoma Country.
