Dinner & Dessert
At 6:30 p.m. sharp, we will begin with Welcoming Remarks. Dinner will follow. Complimentary bottles of red and white wine will be waiting at each table. The meal begins with a comforting bowl of cappelletti soup, followed by rigatoni in red sauce. The highlight of the evening is the traditional slow-roasted rabbit, served alongside roasted potatoes and rapini with garlic. A fresh insalata will cleanse the palate before we conclude with a beautiful homemade dessert platter to share at each table, lovingly prepared by the ladies of the Elettra Marconi Society.
