Agawa Canyon Tour Train
Experience a Canadian Signature Experience on the Agawa Canyon Tour Train, one of the most popular rail excursions in North America. This one-day rail excursion journeys 114 miles through the magnificent wilderness. From the Tour Train Station in Sault Ste. Marie, the train travels over the towering trestle at Montreal River, alongside remote northern lakes and rivers and through granite rock formations to the Agawa Canyon. Once it reaches the Wilderness Park, passengers can explore the Canyon on foot. Nature trails lead to cascading waterfalls and spots to picnic. The Lookout Trail is impressive: take the 300 stairs to the viewing platform with a panoramic view of the entire Canyon.

Wilderness Rail Excursions
A wilderness getaway is just a train ride away along the VIA Rail “Budd Car” line between White River and Sudbury. Lodges along the rail line offer multi-day trips to enjoy a remote wilderness vacation to relax and reconnect in nature.
