Naturally Superior Adventures

Located right on Lake Superior at the mouth of the Michipicoten River, 10 minutes’ drive from Wawa, Ontario, we offer guided and outfitted weekend, 5-day, 7-day and 10-day wilderness sea kayak and Voyageur canoe trips through Lake Superior Provincial Park, Pukaskwa National Park, the Superior Highlands and along the Lake Superior coast for novice to intermediate paddlers.

From our paddle center of excellence; we offer certified sea kayak, canoe and SUP instruction as well as equipment rentals, outfitting, trip advice and shuttles.

We have beach campsites and group shelters at the mouth of the Michipicoten River, and Rock Island Lodge features four bed and breakfast-style rooms on Lake Superior.
