Event Description

We are excited about our 5th up-and-coming Annual Algoma Fibre to Fabric Festival on Saturday, August 14th, 2027, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at the Johnson Farmers Market in Desbarats.

There will be on-site demonstrations, a kids’ area, and some amazing skilled artists who have workshops planned. Come learn to spin, dye fibre or yarn or even learn to weave. We have an abundance of fibre and fabric knowledge under one roof. Some local artists and vendors are on hand to showcase their goods, so the shopping is amazing. We have special guests who make an appearance every year. The sheep and alpacas love the attention and extra treats. It is a family affair; come join us in 2027!
