Errington's Wilderness Island

The American Plan Wilderness Vacation & Fishing Vacation Package is a full meal and service plan available at Errington’s Wilderness Island. American Plan Vacation Packages include:

• Breakfast and dinner in the main lodge dining room
• A choice of box lunch or shore lunch each day
• Daily maid service
• An 18′ cedar fishing boat with cushion swivel pedestal seats for each 2 adults
• Ecological 15hp electric start four stroke outboard motor, gasoline, depth/fish finder, electric trolling motor.

Lake Wabatongushi is a prolific walleye and northern pike fishing lake with an abundance of great fishing habitat. The lake offers an added bonus of numerous opportunities to see and photograph wildlife such as moose, black bear, loons and bald eagles.

Cabins: The waterfront cabins are situated in secluded, scenic surroundings. Each one, two, and three bedroom cottages have a 3 or 4-piece bathroom with hot and cold running water, large living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, screened-in porch and large deck. Each cabin is heated by a wood-burning fireplace and has its own private dock.

Suites: The resort has six suites adjacent to our main lodge. Each suite consists of a bedroom with two living room twin beds, or 1 king size bed, a 4-piece bathroom, a coffee center with refrigerator and a living room that opens through the patio doors onto the common deck looking out over Lake Wabatongushi.
