Algoma North Tour

The Algoma North Tour begins on the stunning shores of Lake Superior, passing ancient Ojibwe villages, graves of fur traders and adventurers, and along scenic waterways.

Follow Highway 17 from Wawa to White River, detour Highway 519 then make your way to Highway 631 to Hornepayne and connect at Highway 11 to Hearst.

Interesting stops on this tour:

  • Scenic High Falls
  • The Wawa Goose
  • Winnie-the-Pooh Statue and Heritage Museum
  • Heritage Sawmill
  • Magpie River
  • Three Bears Statue
  • HOG Rally (August each year)

There are many motorcycle-friendly places to stay and eat on this tour.
