Sault Pride is a community organization with a mission to bring people together from Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District’s 2SLGBTQIA+ population and allies to celebrate and to take action when necessary. We nurture relationships not only within the Queer community, but also with all levels of government, community agencies, major employers, educational institutions, and Pride organizations across the province in order to build webs of safety.
We honour our history and educate the future; empowering people with diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions. The annual Sault Pridefest has become a celebration of unity and diversity, inclusion, and vibrant creativity.
