The SSM Festival of Beer is on the move.
After a decade of amazing memories at the Bushplane Museum, the festival is ready to move out and expand. We are taking over Queen Street Square One for the day. We will still have all your favourite breweries and of course a few new one as well but now we are adding more food options (Mane Street, Broers Jansen, Tandori Garden, Pita Pit, and Low & Slow), new patios to enjoy, more vendors as well as entertainment and buskers this year.
The entire block will be licensed for this event but customers can walk between patios, can get drinks from the various businesses and still enjoy walking around socially with their friends. Come sit and enjoy the band or maybe a busker while also enjoying some delicious food.
Want to see what everyone has been talking about. This year, everyone is welcome to attend the event, and enjoy the food and entertainment – bring the family and make it a full community event. Drinks are only supplied to those who have an SSM Festival of Beer glass and Bracelet – which can be purchased in advance or throughout the day if you feel like participating.
Visit a few of the patios, eat some amazing food, watch the bands/buskers, and of course, try some brand-new beers!!
