Support Habitat for Humanity Sault Ste. Marie and Area with Soo Burger Month.
This event supports the cause for affordable housing in the city. Visit participating restaurants from September 1 to 30 to enjoy a handcrafted local burger. A minimum of $2 per burger will go towards affordable housing.
How It Works:
- Get yourself a Burger Passport, which is available at all participating restaurants and the Habitat ReStore. The Passport lists locations, and specialty burgers and notes the donation per burger sold.
- When you purchase one of these tasty specialty burgers, ask the server to sign the passport.
- Special prizes can be won for those who visit the most participating restaurants!
- Restaurants will also compete for Best Burger, and Most Sold Burgers awards. Don’t forget to vote online using the QR code found on the Burger Passport or branded tent card.
