The annual Wild Game Dinner is the star event of the year and occurs every January.
The dinner features wild game meat. Each dish is cooked according to traditional recipes, and each is skillfully created for the most discriminating tastes.
The dinner event begins with appetizers of smoked meats, goose fingers, soups and smoked fish. The dinner offers a widely diverse array of wild meat complemented by vegetable, salads, bread, desserts, tea and coffee. All of the dinner and evenings events are the product of countless volunteer hours and donations of game and auction items. Throughout the evening, a cash bar is available.
