It’s hard to exaggerate the fishing opportunities an avid fisherman can find in Algoma 's waterways. We are a wealth of lakes and rivers, some remote, some easily accessible. Novice and professional anglers are sure to find their dream BIG catch. Trolling deep for the elusive lake trout or fly-fish for brook or speckled trout in cold streams, or ducking for bass near rocky shelves, channels and shoals. Fishing for perch on a quiet sunbathed lake or casting for the mighty muskie and northern pike.
